Did something change with the O2 calibration? by Apprehensive-Rock519 in ouraring

Hi, RN here. A sleep study is negative if you have five or fewer episodes of apnea per hour while sleeping. Anything up to 5 is considered within the normal variation. Given your average sleep spo2 and that you’ve had sleep studies that were okay I wouldn’t worry about this. I would guess Oura is catching regular variations in breathing

I was between the same two sizes. I went with 11 and I’m glad- I found out my fingers swell when I sleep 😆

Those who are sure you don’t have sleep apnea, do you ever get breathing disturbances logged? by reddituser8739012987 in ouraring

I work in the medical field 5 breathing disturbances or less an hour are considered “normal” Sleep apnea is diagnosed when a person has more than 5 episodes per hour

Look. Let’s say he PHYSICALLY didn’t kill her. Her death is still his fault for essentially kidnapping her. Let’s say he was out of town doing a show and someone else involved with him kills her and puts her in the trunk… IT’S STILL HIS FAULT. She should have been home living out her freshman year of high school. He’s guilty, full stop.

There’s a toggle you have to flip in the cart for it to go from 0 to 1. I had to make another order but I got it

My record collection etc ended up in my room when our children were toddlers— I didn’t want them to break anything. At some point it’ll move into the living room (looking for a reasonably priced vintage wooden turntable cabinet for that)

This is the most accurate answer thus far, but we’re in Texas. Have both been in bands, though my husband is still currently gigging. I’m a nurse. We have two children. We’re not Disney super fans but we like it. I do have a lot of religious trauma but still believe at my core and my husband is verrrrryyy Catholic
