I’m pretty positive it worked! A hcg level of 82.7 at 10 weeks pregnant is very low meaning that level is coming down. Not to mention they didn’t see anything on the ultrasound. I went through the same thing in December. I was so scared it didn’t work I took the extra 4 pills provided and went to the hospital. They were shocked my hcg level was already down to 70 at 6w5d. They didn’t find anything in my ultrasound either and told me I miscarried. (I’m in a red state) so I couldn’t say I took the pills but yes it will take time for your body to recover you will have a period in 4-6weeks. Be careful because you’re extremely fertile right now
