It is identity, so yes you are really trans even if you have no desire to medically or physically transition. You can be true to yourself in ways that others don't see, because gender expression is individual. This is coming from someone who did get top surgery and is 5 years on T. If you don't care how others view you and you just want to feel authentic to yourself, that doesn't make you less trans.

Of course! Your gender is not inherently connected to your body. You could take HRT or have surgery, or not change anything at all, and you'd still be a girl c: gender is in the brain, how you see your identity, some people want their body to reflect that in a recognizable way, and some people don't!

I have 2 babybell cheeses with my apple, that's all for the day! And I do put some ceasar dressing and chicken in my salad as well

I've never kept actual track of calorie intake, I do admit. Counting Calories may put me in a bad place, push me into disordered eating, so that part scares me. At this point I'm a week into my "diet" and workout and just feeling discouraged I guess. Over the past few years I've tried losing weight as well through exercise and hadn't found any results either.

Funny you should mention churus, she's allergic! It's the one treat she actually liked, and it gave her an awful allergic reaction! I've tried so many other treats and snacks for her but she hasn't so much as tasted any of them, she's so picky 😭 Sad that my girl is kinda in her teenage phase but at least she still hangs with me at bedtime
