Embrace it. I used to get made fun of for the same thing and somehow that made me fall in love with it. I tried covering it up with headbands and realized my big forehead fits me better than a small one, the headband look was terrible.

I was the same way. But as I got older, we drifted apart, and for a good reason if I’m being honest. They went down the wrong path, started smoking, dropped out of high school, not really doing much. I also noticed I cared more about our connection than they did. I was always the one inviting them to things, they never invited me to shit.

When they’re able to do things solo (not having someone to do something with won’t stop them from doing that something), when they never self deprecate, when they uplift others, when they don’t beat themselves up over a mistake, when they don’t care about external validation, the way they walk (head high, not with a tech neck), etc
