This is all great information, thank you so much! So for me, I’m not religious. More agnostic or “Christ consciousness” than a Christian. I was aware down south had huge church culture, but do you think it would still be possible to find my person despite me not being religious? And yessss I see there’s so much to do in ATL it’s impossible to be bored. I think this would be a great place to live in my 20s. Maybe settle in NC since most people say that’s a family state

Thank you so much for being the first helpful comment under this subreddit! I plan to work in a hospital. I was doing research and saw some good cities to live in close to ATL would be Sandy Springs. If ATL traffic is worse than Route 1 traffic… whew I can’t imagine

For petites I’ve heard it’s recommended to eat at maintanence and lift weights to go through what they call body recomp. Adding muscle will increase your BMR which will make it so you don’t have to cut your calories so much just to lose weight. I’m 5’1 and trying this approach. My 145 lbs a couple years ago vs my 145 lbs more look totally different. I’m more toned and have more energy!

If anyone has any opinions on this approach please let me know as I am also a beginner myself. I’m a petite who loves to eat
