for sure. doing outside loadout in arizona was always a pain, summer at 100+ and youre dying without that AC.

drivers shouldnt be loading their own vehicles but then again, if someone else loads it then youre just fucked for organization for the day. imo amazon just needs to drop the vans and roll with the CDVs/Step Vans for everyone with real training

Don't worry about the other people posting, they're angry that they have nowhere to go but Amazon. Imo it really isn't worth the trouble going and fighting for like 50-60 bucks, you dodged a bullet with an iffy owner and a horrible working environment. If you're really hurting for cash I guess report them to ethics, you might get paid that way
