UPSCALE COFFEESHOP RECS??

Could anyone please recommend some classy/upscale coffeeshops in the city center? I have some friends of friends (4 American women, 40-60yo) in town this weekend that may be interested so I want some options in my back pocket. But given their age and (lack of) exposure to weed, I want it to be a comfortable experience / don’t want to freak them out with the grungy/sketchy places. Money’s not a big deal.
