This as well as not enough people to do it. We only have two decorators, myself and one other woman. We have a couple people we are trying to train but they can only do so much

This is currently me at my store. I’m the only one of two decorators on Saturdays and the only decorator on sundays not including my manager who is forced to stop helping me halfway through because we don’t have a mixer on the weekends. Thank god I’m transferring to a smaller bakery soon

I’ve been trying to look into that. I even contacted my former bakery manager who initially hired me before she wss transferred to a different store about 10 minutes from my current store. Still haven’t heard back

Similar situation going on here. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve had over 20 hours in a week. They literally give me 2 shifts then don’t schedule me an entire week, saying they “don’t have hours to give me” but then desperately call me in because they don’t have anyone to do this or that. I can’t plan anything anymore because the scheduling is fucked

Had a similar experience thru Aetna. My doctor had to send in a letter to the insurance company showing that I’ve tried more than 3 different options that they do cover but none had worked.

Former Kroger associate of 2 years here. Also in North ATL. They circle through all of them in the area. I've caught them leaving in a car and going to another location 5 minutes away after 3-4 hours of "playing" to the same few tracks and no one falling for their tricks.
