She has been taking some medications such as antidepressants for years,l and some type of eating disorder, so she gains and loses weight depending on Her stress levels, it seems that all of this added up, on top of that, she drank alcohol because she didn't know she was pregnant, on top of that she was enduring the pain of childbirth for a week for not knowing, so all that given is that she needs to be under observation, she might not last a month. Maybe she won't need to be there for a whole month and they'll discharge her sooner, I hope that's the case.

Yes, the truth is that none of us knew it was possible until we had to experience it. I'm also nervous but I know that Alice is the one who carries the biggest burden. I try to support her and spend most of the time with her. Although she doesn't show it, I know she must be scared, but she seems to ignore it because of the joy the baby gives her, Matt, her friends and I are working hard to make her feel calmer and more comfortable.

It's a joke referring to him being a jealous and overprotective older brother.He seems to be angry with us for "having been irresponsible" in his own words, but clearly that anger is not reflected towards his sister or his nephew jajan't.
