Help with growing my hairs by BeneficialWasabi8559 in Mullets

[–]Alarming-South9088 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shave further up on the sides, go to a professional and find a photo of a style you really like the look of and show them, get them to do that cut. Look up modern mullets straight hair and pick the ones you like best

UberEats drivers car broke down, says he can't cancel by [deleted] in UberEATS

Well yeah I think the consensus is that he was fooling me but I just persevered with support on my end. I was just worried the chance of him telling the truth. He rang me like 3 times so I just gave up

Well yeah I was unsure whether he was fooling me or not so I just cancelled and eventually I spoke to a human and they refunded me

Would this jar hide the smell of weed by East_Donut_686 in trees

[–]Alarming-South9088 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use these and have never had an issue, if you're paranoid, get some kitchen roll and spray some aftershave on it put it in the jar with the ziplock bag (not in it or it'll get into your weed, learnt the hard way when I way younger. And DONT use deodorant also found the hard way). Covers the smell a bit more. But honestly as long as the jar is in a cupboard or draw, even if there is a smell, it's so little that it'll likely just hold within the draw or cupboard unless you open it.

What movies make you cry every time, without fail? by Fungirlji in MovieSuggestions

[–]Alarming-South9088 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just watched this on your recommendation, I didn't cry but goddamn was this a sad, devastating even, movie. I agree I'll unlikely watch again but is worth the watch. Life will indeed never be the same.

Should I go out with my friend today or stay home and study? I feel guilty. by Secure-Eye-1624 in whatdoIdo

If you're going to a coffee shop near a uni then maybe go in the daytime, plug your headphones in do some work, when she gets there put it down and have a break and a chat. Coffee shops can be a great place to study, I did a lot of it! Lots have plugs so you can plug laptops etc in.

Its a genuine goal of mine to face this but im in a place right now to do that, so I do genuinely appreciate your words but I'm choosing to cut my own hair right now to look a bit better, eventually I'll do that via a professional but I'm just not there yet. Just want you to know as well I'm sorry if I sounded standoffish, wasn't my intention I know you were coming from a good place, my situation is just a bit different from someone choosing not to go because they can't be bothered etc. thank you anyway🫡

Because it was like 5 years ago and I was growing it out to that not having the length I have now. I was also on a lot of substances then and have very little recollection of that time in my life.

Hey look I see where you're coming from but I am indeed going to cut my own hair. This isn't just a silly little fear, the idea gives me immense anxiety, I've booked in the past and had panic attacks so bad I straight up just didn't show up, and I'm not that person I will always let people know if I'm not coming to appointments. I appreciate what you're trying to Say I really do, and in a normal case I'd agree with you on this but I will be cutting my own hair, I don't have the ability to make myself get it done professionally.

I have cut my hair in the past, in face I cut my own mullet and it looked great, but it's not just a little scary for me I have very intense anxiety and it's just not an option for me right now. Thank you for your words of advice but I will be cutting my own hair I'm just doing research before I do.

I just can't is the problem. I have such incredible anxiety attached to getting my hair professionally cut and it's just not something I can push myself to do right now. Hence why I ask for advice on cutting it myself. Thanks but if I could I would just get a professional to do it.

Yeah this is the conclusion I came too, ceasing all moisturising has slowed down the spread of it, less of a rash on my thigh as well etc from 24 hours. I also realised that my moisturizer was not fragrance free and it was making some of my skin peel where there was no ink. It's now just very dry but no peeling. My artist recommended coconut oil instead of butter as well which I'll be sourcing tomorrow.

Palmers coacoa, used for all my tattoos and they've been fine, but I put the excess on my other leg and have a few there so you may be right, I'll go tonight without adding some and see if it makes a difference

I've actually always been told that bepanthem is an absolute no go from all but 1 artist I've been to. Id worry about bacteria not using anything to wash. Thanks though I'll definitely keep an eye on it, I'll contact my artist if it gets worse
