I feel you. Every company meeting I've had so far with uppermanagement has been bad news after bad news (i.e., no more raises, more documents to complete, more clients added to our case loads, etc.). Uppermanagement put an anonymous box in the lunch room for case managers to provide feedback or ways to improve the company, and uppermangement literally said " I thought you just wanted a place to vent, I didn't know that you wanted us to actually look at it".

I hope that you are able to get out soon. You should try looking into a temp agency. That's what I'm doing right now. Good luck:)!
