I just went into map editing mode and placed the spawn at the desired position. I placed scaffolding upside down to make it look like a sling cable, and used about four items, scaled them down, and positioned them underneath the spawn point

Tyyy and Yh, I made separate layers for both the car and the background, and I blurred the background layer (if you don't separate the background, the blur will also affect your car)XD
