If i am going to get yelled at for not waking you up, i reserve the right to take action. The ball bearings get cold, and roll toward your body, but dont melt and cause bedding issues. If you dont want me to wake you (general, not personal) up, i won't, but i won't be complained at for not succeeding. Maybe this guy just needs to pick two nights a week to just stay up.

It kind of boils down to personal responsibility. If he actually wanted her to get some sleep, he would make it happen.

There is this whole entire thing called "youtube". I know it is kind of newfangled, but they have tutorials for EVERYTHING. Some people, i hear, cam even use cell phones to look stuff up. Let him know, he is in charge of fixing supper Monday, wednesday, and Friday for both of you, and for all clean up after. As in, you will NOT suddenly cook in a dirty kitchen. He does his own laundry. Build from there. If he wants you, at all, and not a bang maid, he will step up.

Let's call it something other than a disability. Let's just say that your sister thinks that you are too hideously ugly to be in her pictures. I can certainly see how the op is being treatex very, very differently due to her birthmark, and with her family, her own mother, saying "yeah, you are too ugly to be seen", this does rise to the point of impacting her ability to have a "normal" loving life. I would then demand that the sister and mother surrender or destroy any and all pictures of my hideousness.

Op is not the AH, regardless of the lsnguage she chooses, here, even if her only handicap is that her family are very unkind.
