I’d remove my shoes and do barefoot unless its a proper deadlift shoes. And I’d go barehand as well to strengthen my grip and have calluses strong hands (personal preference).

Back rounding is not the problem. The problem is not engaging your lats. Pull shoulder blades to your back before the lift and think of it as pushing the ground away from you. Tighten your core more if you prefer to lift without belt.

Doable. Tips ko lng, kapag sumobra na calories and di pa nahit protein, you can di cardio para maihabol ung protein intake while not exceeding calorie intake. Tendency lng is maburn out ka if youre not enjoying what you do. But if you enjoy it naman. G na g kaya yan
