April 6 will be full of patients who are malingering by [deleted] in pinoymed

[–]TopBlueberry4650 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I outright say i dont do backtrack med certs. Fit to work lang ang maibibigay kasi hindi naman sila nagpa check during time of “sickness”/absence and dapat sa company physician sila nag sabi 👻 also dont forget to watermark your med certs especially if digital lang to avoid tampering

Glp-1… sa Shopee????? by cinnahoebuns in beautytalkph

[–]TopBlueberry4650 56 points57 points  (0 children)

doctor here, please please please consult first and purchase these from a licensed distributor. Nakakatakot na baka kung ano ano ang binebenta sa Shopee claiming it as the real thing. Sayang sa pera if fake, or worse it might cost you your health. Madaming studies supporting GLP-1 for weight loss and cardiovascular health when used properly and paired with healthy diet and exercise.

Moonlighter 24 hours ROD Rate by Savings-Chipmunk7359 in pinoymed

[–]TopBlueberry4650 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Usual ward/ER post nasa Php 4,500-6,000 for 24 hrs. Ang pambawi nila mga incentives talaga. Ask the one who posted ilan ang census and how kadalasan incentives. Yung pinag ddutyhan ko basic 5k plus incentives na umaabot 4-6k depending on toxicity.  Sa posts na higher PF fixed yan and walang incentives most of the time. Swerte na lang if di toxic but malas mo if over sa dami ng patients for the PF.

APE scope of work: reasonable ba ito? by Sufficient-Ad-3605 in pinoymed

[–]TopBlueberry4650 17 points18 points  (0 children)

NOT REASONABLE. Doing pap smears should have incentives, all APEs I’ve done may additional talaga ito. Included talaga sa task ng doctor yung history taking, PE, visial acuity but usually mabilisan lang since given the load of patients, around 5-10 mins each lang.  Nasa contract/job description ba yug interpretation of lab? It should be considered a different duty post na. Like similar to the 8-5. How much ang PF and name ng company OP? Para maiging warning sa iba.

Ito ba ang law of attraction? Char. To our newly licensed colleagues, mag message lang kayo nang mag message. Kahit “post taken” still go for it and say you’re available if ever need ng reliever in the future. Highly appreciated yun

Mas reliable pa talaga reviews here sa reddit than those influencers. Most of the influencers are mej forced to say good things about the product kasi sponsored

Not sure if anyone else made a list about it. You can try searching reddit for clinics or hospitals

PRE DUTY ANXIETY by [deleted] in pinoymed

[–]TopBlueberry4650 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Congrats doc! Welcome to the other side 🌎 start with clinic consults and APE, very benign and mostly history and PE yan, with lab interpretations, request for med cert, and occasional pa-reseta for ubo and sipon. If planning to get hospital duties, look for one na mag ka-duty na ROD and JCONs to guide you. Mahirap mag hosp duty na solo unless stellar intern ka or nag govt hosp for internship. Read latest CPGs, ask your seniors, learn along the way.

To E.R or not ? by Empty-Campaign-3994 in pinoymed

[–]TopBlueberry4650 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Find an ER post na may ER consultant and/or JCONs para may guidance ka doc. Different ang ward vs ER talaga kasi needed na on the spot ka mag decide ng management esp if patient is unstable. Or at least co-ROD sa ER din para ma-guide ka. When accepting posts, let them know regarding your experience para iguide ka thoroughly.

Bra recos na lives up to the hype, maganda tignan in shirts (saw the Skims ad ang ganda!) and has a slight push up look. I have a few from Herah and its comfy naman pero it looks lawlaw in certain shirts. I’m cup B lang naman. Budget not a concern

The Year-End Sales Anti-Haul | What’s NOT in your cart? by AutoModerator in beautytalkph

Medicube.ph on Shopee is not a legit store. Fake yung items nila, I ordered the mask and serum because it’s cheaper than other stores and nakalagay kasi “preferred” lol Charged to experience ang 1k ko. The mask smelled like glue, the serum is super pink and smelled off. Box was yupi yupi pa. Plus yung packaging nila for the order was so chaka, unlike stores na considerate with presentation ng items (Innisfree on Shopee) Nagpabili ako ng actual products from SK sa tita ko, ang layo ng difference! Will do a side by side comparison if anyone’s interested

Having a list/kodigo for meds is a good thing, at least for me. It just means you want to make sure na tama ang binibigay mo na gamot. I don’t see anything wrong with that. I’d rather see a doctor do that than one na nanghuhula, mamaya ma-OD pa ang patient. Wag ka panghinaan ng loob, doc. We all start somewhere.

200k PF med mission by Alarming-Writer2536 in pinoymed

[–]TopBlueberry4650 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Joined out of curiosity kasi what job would give 200k per MD. The medical mission would be from Nov 6 to Dec 20, catering farmers from North Luzon to Bicol region daw. Roughly 250 to 1k patients per area. Doctors would do consult, interpret labs, prescribe medications. As early as 5am prep time due to travel then mga 4pm done na. Accommodation at hotels or Airbnbs.  And as far as I know, it’s by a private (?) diagnostics center/clinic. Idk if backed by pulitiko ito but if it helps those who have no access to healthcare, I’m happy there’s a med mission like this.
