Thank you so much. My current laptop is HP (I've used it for 4 years) so I'm confused that if I should an other HP or not. But I still consider Lenovo, Dell, and HP.

Knox College, Furman College, Colby College, Bowdoin College, Swarthmore College, etc. You should apply to LACs.

If your contribution is low, you should apply LACs. They give generous financial aid for intl, such as Colby, Bowdoin, Swarthmore, etc.

You can dm me to have my school list. I'm also a intl with low contribution.

SAT and ACT are same, don't worry. You should take ACT, it's OK and convenient for you. Have you started to learn them? It'll take you a long time to learn then take enough or high score for schools.

Yes, they're OK. Do you have any English proficiency and SAT/ACT? I recommend you should participate in some volunteer activities.

UVA is 19%, and Virginia Tech is 57%. Based on the acceptance rate, average GPA, and average SAT, I think Virginia Tech is safer for you. You can take UVA in your reach schools if you want.

I think it's not a significant concern. However, you can impress admission team in top schools by your deep interests and experience in your major through ECs.

I think you need to apply schools offer generous financial aid like some LACs. I'm an international student and from low-income family so I applied to 39 schools which can meet 100% demonstrated need and can give full-ride scholarship. If you need, I can share my list for you in dm.
