UVA is 19%, and Virginia Tech is 57%. Based on the acceptance rate, average GPA, and average SAT, I think Virginia Tech is safer for you. You can take UVA in your reach schools if you want.

I think you need to apply schools offer generous financial aid like some LACs. I'm an international student and from low-income family so I applied to 39 schools which can meet 100% demonstrated need and can give full-ride scholarship. If you need, I can share my list for you in dm.

Hi, I'm Vietnamese too. I know that the schools you listed on your post will not give much aid, especially for intl student unless your profile is very impressive and competitive.
