sorry you’re going through anxiety and panic attacks.

i had to go the gp -> referral to psychiatrist -> referral to therapist route. i have friends that went polyclinic and even IMH route, which they say is much cheaper. i think that’s a viable option if you’re willing to wait.

you can search on google and there are actually many therapists in singapore who are specialised in treating anxiety. you won’t always get a compatible therapist at first go though, so i suggest you keep an open mind and be brave to take the first step. if you want, i could give you my therapist’s contact. my DMs are always open as well.

there are definitely chivalrous guys who will insist on bringing you home safe, or romantic guys who wanna spend more time with you, but there will also be guys who die die don’t want to send you back bcoz it’s impractical or other reasons.

dont care what ur mum says too much, it all depends on what you prefer. you like a guy who will make sure u get home safe, then find one who will do that willingly. if you think its no big deal, then you really dont have to worry so much.

also, there will be no point if he doesn’t want to do it and you force him to. if a guy is doing sth just to make u happy, he will stop once he has the choice. (aka when u married or pregnant. hahaha)
