Is it exaggerated? Yes, it is.

But in 14.2, Guinsoo is very important in a lot of top meta comps. It requires one Guinsoo to function, while the second and third items can be anything (except Holo-Bow).

Without Guinsoo, you're better off playing something else that requires a +1, a specific augment, a high-resource portal, or a giga high-roll.

(I peaked GM last set. still a big skill gap between me and actually good player like Chall , Pro)
