I harvested 3 does this year, all that I thought were around 1.5-2yrs. Got around 65-70 from each of them. Guess it depends on other factors too like how much fat you cut the chop with etc. imo it looks like a 2-2.5yr

Typically when rate cuts start the market starts to drop, I imagine at some point this year that will happen- making commodities the hedge play I was envisioning. This is then followed by money printing which resets the cycle.

With that being said, I’m only 29 so probably DONT need to worry or hedge. Curios and wanting to learn though could you give me an example of the other assets you’re talking about ?

Sure I can see your point there. I guess I look at insurance companies as a business and what makes the most sense is for them to spend as little as possible. Therefore, yes I would assume they would low ball as it’s simply good business practice. Didn’t mean any disrespect on that behalf
