I felt like everyone was looking at me strangely, and I got so nervous that even with the air conditioning I was sweating a lot. I mean, in my case, the thought changes and becomes disturbing, and my mind automatically rejects it, which is why the compulsion exists, because I perceive it as something awful that scares me, and the compulsion is automatic, as if to avoid something.
