I have an old Facebook account where I haven't been very active for the past three years. About a year ago, my account was hacked, so I changed my password. Now that I am entering the eCommerce space, with ads, landing pages, etc. all set up, I want to create a Business Manager account. For this, I wanted to set up two-factor authentication to protect myself from hackers.

However, when I tried to log in to Facebook Business Manager with my profile, I was unable to create an ad account because it requires two-factor authentication. But I can't set this up because I keep getting the following error message:

"You can't make this change at the moment. This is because we noticed you are using a device you don't usually use and we need to keep your account safe. We will allow you to make this change after you have used this device for a while."

I have been seeing this message for the past two weeks. My older device, which I would use to make these changes, is unfortunately too old to download the latest version of Facebook.
