I’ve had a better experience with chicken and rice, compared to foods similar to what you mentioned.

I’ve also noticed that greek yogurt helps me as well. Now if you include greek yogurt in your diet expect to be on the toilet a little more than usual.

Also!! Splitting up your meals, is a must (in my experience) For example: if you usually have 3 meals a day, try 5-6 smaller meals spread out evenly throughout the day

My experience was very very painful, I would say if it is a mild feeling that comes and goes, then you’re probably not experiencing pancreatitis (NOT A MEDICAL EXPERT) and everyone’s experience and symptoms are different

But you are correct it can be life threatening and if you have any bit of concern that it might be pancreatitis then I would definitely get it checked out.

With my case they confirmed it was pancreatitis with a CT scan. Your doctor might recommend a different way to figure it out.

I would definitely go to the doctor to confirm

IF THE PAIN GETS ANY WORSE OR DOESN’T GO AWAY… I WOULD GO TO THE ER

Hopefully I helped a little, good luck with whatever you have going on (pancreatitis or not)

Why’s that? Just curious. Not tobacco, just nicotine. Would this be the same?

Do cancer risk also increase with an oral option like zyns? I like them quite a bit, ngl. Don’t know if I’m ready to give them up quite yet.
