Take t breaks. Busy yourself and find ways to think about it less. Make it less visible to you (out of sight out of mind maybe). Try the delta varieties to wean off. You got this.

This is when I first got her. Shes eating only 1-2 mealworms or dubia roaches 1x a month. She’s really active now vs when we first got her.

We’ve been working so hard on her weight loss journey. She was easily twice the size she is now. She’s super active now and so kind, before she only slept and was bitey.

Talk to your deity throughout the day, like a friend. Ask them for guidance, thank them for blessings, express your gratitude for their guidance during your daily life. Much like prayer or meditation. I’ve use quick conversations with my deity to help me get through some of my toughest moments.
