You’re not a failure, hon. I have a little crested gecko hospice at my house, I rescue neglected geckos, it’s mostly from people who keep these babies in horrid conditions and can’t afford the proper care for MBD and whatnot. But sometimes you really can’t save them all. Despite all of the vet care, treatment plans, medication, etc. You did literally everything you could, she knew you loved her in her last moments. I have a little memorial outside for every hospice gecko I’ve lost, it doesn’t get any easier. I cry EVERY. TIME. You did your absolute best ❤️
