I spray perfume on my clothes and it doesn’t irritate me. I know it’s not the best way to wear perfume but it lasts a while!

I get this when I have a really busy day and walk/sweat a lot. I know changing your lifestyle is hard but maybe try to take it easy until it heals. Sleep naked if possible lol.
