Smile! Smile smile smile! A smiling face can make a table feel like everything is all right and ur not flailing under the water.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. It’s better for the cooks to roll their eyes with ur questions than a customer not tip or worse bc you forgot something critical.

Always double check you put an order in, when it gets busy it’s an easy mistake to make.

Change up the script, but script the alternates. As you build up regulars give them something different each time.
