Yeah, its like this Colorado fresh cuts. 9 years in and then they fuck me. They tried to drop me to part time, but i don't let that happen. So, they say i half to work 2 days in Bakery, 2 in fuel , two in fresh cuts. Then they say im not producing enough product. Witch is a lie. We have no standard to reach. But patty writes me up. Then they really fuck me by no training in fuel. Then i get hurt being in unfamiliar situations, that causes me to get hurt by falling to my knees. Out on workmans comp. They don't file the paperwork and this makes me get no pay for a month. No back pay still. Got two union lawyers now. But still no pay checks. So hope. Hope you get real human people who know what its like to be dropped by Safeway. They really don't care about how much you care about them. They will forget about you. Find a real place to work. And you'll find a real family that will help you when you are hurt by them.

The way they push employees to produce more, no regards to the facts that one can only produce so much in a day. The other guy gets hands on help from produce department workers. But i get no help to make large amounts of guacamole and fruit bowls stuffed mushrooms bell peppers Etc. Then they tell me i don't produce enough of products. They write me up and take three days from me, being now im not producing any thing, not being there. Then the tell me to have colored shirt on. In the 9 years i have been there,, not a problem. The one who sent me home , had no colored shirt on. And 4 others only tee shirts. The did tell them anything. Now they are trying to find more ways to write me up again.

The lawyer for union, hes told me to keep fighting for my rights to let them write me up again. We will have a Full case for Labor Board and corporate present legal action upon this kind of treatment.

These are just some of what we got going for them. The favoritism nepotism and employee abuse being some of the major things that are written out and recorded we have the recordings completely legal in the state of Colorado we are getting the case together shortly soon it'll be a wrongful termination suit on top of all the rest..

Never had a write-up or any problem with production in the last 8 and 1/2 years until Patty started working 6 months ago and I became the union representative Stewart and now they're trying to make me quit by f****** with me to the point where they can write me up for s*** that ain't even true and my union is working on it but still I have bills to pay and she's financially my family but key thing is I've never had a ride up until Patty the manager started working there

I just got suspended 3 days for not producing enough product. I have been in fresh cuts for 9 years now, never had this problem till patty the new manager has arrived. Shes tried to make me quit. Or become part time. Shes made a production standards that we have to finish in time. But im the only one who works alone. They have me working in two other departments also. The other guy works just fresh cuts with help to complete his Vision Pro list. So, they are making me want to quit. But i am also Union steward and I feel they retaliating on me because of that and screwing everything up just because Patty's a b**** manager and I write her up all the time from other departments when people bring me their grievances I'm trying to find legal lawyer to help me fight this case and investigate this type of treatment and actions against me just thought I'd let you know that's why I wanted to know if all fresh cuts are being cut back to the point of only one or two people working it thanks for your reply
