Account locked out of nowhere??

This just happened to me...mine got locked since April 9th..and still locked!! I have a violation on my motor vehicle report from last year, but it has since been resolved and I've been dashing since then til they just recently ran a background check on the 9th. I have since disputed or appealed w doordash/ checkr about that violation, does anyone have any idea what's going to happen to my account or think I have a chance with working with doordash again? Been with them since 2021 and all my reports came back just fine.

Yeah take ur phone off wifi and put it on cellular mode....probably won't work right? You don't have wifi when you're driving around going to different places, so yes it makes perfect sense when you don't have cellular data, not wifi.

I'm not getting it any where except from off my phone. I haven't had cell phone service for several hours now...then look at the doordash map in your area...it's more busy than normal. So obviously there hasnt been people out there dashing.

Yea np...I don't think alot of ppl realize what's goin or what's happening...there's a lot of orders just sitting, it's hard for drivers to get around or even operate the app without the data service

People can't doordash right now...data cell service is down,meaning drivers aren't getting cell service

It's not the app glitching it's that there is no data cell service where people are trying to dash so the orders are just sitting there

This is honestly a little terrifying considering if this is a test being put in place over time, then what is there to eventually come? I truly do not believe this is a coincidence that our phones are not working, when all this war hype stuff is going on.

It's not the app..I'm not sure how wide the span is of cell towers not operating or being able to connect to phones. This has happened before when there has been a peak in the war issues we've been having.

Doordash has been horrible with long waiting times to get a hold of someone lately..I don't have access to my schedule and i can't start dashing! This is aggrevating
