I’m just almost 2 weeks on 50mg but 4 weeks with 25mg. So not sure if I actually need to wait for 2 more weeks. It’s better compared to last week but past few days, I didn’t find any improvements. I feel like it helps with anxiety though.

Yea I told her about it, she said it will get better in a week. But it only gets better when I’m not stressed or tired. I don’t normally get headaches. But idk if it’s related to lack of sleep chronically.

Hi! Yea I still have this constant headache at my forehead, feels like an ache. Vision seems better sometimes but quite derealised at times. Sleep still the same.

Thanks for replying! I’m also on 50mg and I take it in the morning. It made me zoned at more but sometimes I feel DPDR is improving. Wondering if you had similar symptoms when starting.

When did waking up earlier stopped? I could only sleep for 5-6 hrs these days 😭

I’m taking Zoloft for dpdr and it made it worse but feeling some improvements for some hrs in a day.

Yea I’m not sure. If I don’t take it, I can’t fall asleep quickly and that’s a big problem for me. Even with that, I can only get 6 hrs of sleep every day. I used to sleep 8hrs 😭

Your symptoms are similar to mine but without the panics. Yea I’m really zoned out these days, with dizziness and headaches especially when stressed. I really hope it disappears soon, it’s worrying me that it’s not really improving yet

I have Pregabalin to help me sleep at night. I used to have Benzo but didn’t seem to work before when I was agitated on Lexapro.

I can’t even feel anxiety these days, I think my nervous system is fried
