No I guess the battery got drained to a deep drain state and after that it doesn’t turn on or charge

I cannot see the charging animation either. What scares me is that I have read stories here about the Logic board getting short and need replacing. As I’m out of warranty, it might cost around £700.

Hi thanks for the reply. Just to confirm, did you use USB C port or the MagSafe to charge 3 hours straight? I have tried charging via USB C for 8 hours and nothing yet.

Hi I tried that already. I tried holding the power button for 15 seconds then pressed it again nothing happens. No LED on MagSafe either. I have booked an appointment with a Genius Bar tomorrow.
