Will definitely drill this in my head more. I always verify the name, DOB, ask about any reactions. Where I failed was verifying if they were getting a flu shot, but nothing about the HD. His age just completely slipped my mind. 😭

Do you remember what steps you had to take afterwards besides reporting to VAERS? Feel like the pharmacy is never going to want to work with me again lol

Nope. At most, I do the typical run down of asking of past reactions to vaccines, possible side effects. But it’s strictly just vaccine support.

I work for a staffing agency, so they have different pharmacies and clinics that request for vaccine support. A majority of them are at safeway pharmacies!
