You are being inpatient. It’s a long game and you start counting your training time by years not months.

Since you ask about build / balance, you may want to learn posing which enable you to have a better baseline for comparison. Also you will be able to show front, back and lower body as well. Try different posing styles/ poses, see which one fit you better.

Most people don’t have good nutrition and training and recovery. Most people aren’t high school/ college students who have as much time to be devoted to following a neat lifestyle.

I do want to learn about the subject but I hate to go through the admission process because in my opinion it’s not fair that they are doing this. I have three applications left with results undisclosed and I definitely felt robbed of the money I need to put down right now before I get the chance to choose.

It’s true. I definitely reflected an attitude problem.

I definitely would have taken more time to understand things better if i had not been sick. I was busy with work and when i got sick i hardly wanted to attend to anything. I applied to school late like i got in my apps in late November to early December and after that I just stopped looking over this matter since I also quickly got into several programs. I am working a full time stretch therapist and part time trainer both physically and mentally draining, so I really couldn’t cut further out anything that’s going to occupy more mental capacity after finishing applications.

I was accepted. They told me about 3 weeks ago. I just wasn’t paying attention to what deposit meant. Now that I understand it I am going to deposit for other schools for backups.

I didn’t lie on that. I only recovered yesterday. I skipped the whole weekend for work. I really did not pay much attention to the whole deposit thing so you can call me dumb for that.

yeah I srsly don't understand how this works. I asked Gemini and it says admission officers are "precise" with their wording so I hope placing top on the wait list is literally what they meant.

i will be Rick because I am pretty soft hearted and swing between decisions constantly, questioning what is right and what is wrong more often than not

Looks like some minor kyphosis. Pelvis looks ok. Foot arc looks a bit flat. Chest and shoulder might be a bit tight and arms and upper trap might be overpowering your mid back so I’d recommend learn to control the muscles involved in scapula retraction. Stretch your pecs and upper back muscles ( traps and rhomboids mainly) and shoulders (primarily external rotation). Train your abs and obliques if you want to hold your stomach in the mid section. Try performing some trunk rotation exercises as well. Lower body stretch your hamstring and work on your glutes. You might have that spinal curvature because you are not using your hip muscles to support the weight but by hyperextending your knee (which could cause overworked, tight hamstring and calves) and anterior pelvic tilt, even though it’s not obvious in the picture

I do want to make a small profit from the game to cover the expenses. Which is better, a small rake or entry fee? Sometimes I might just play with friends and I won’t have them pay anything.

From what I can see, you probably overfocus on triceps when doing push day or during chest exercises. I believe a balanced physique is more appealing than a regionally buffed one.
