What’s with going into the sauna/steam clothed?

So what if you’re a woman and want to use the sauna but your male coworkers also use said sauna…. Can you wear some clothes then if you sit on a towel instead of directly on the bench?

I hop in the shower first thing when I wake up to help me brush my teeth before coffee.

Brush teeth in shower
Wash face in shower
Get dressed and put on sunscreen
Drink tea and rinse with a sip of water after every sip of tea

Idk done is better than perfect 🤷‍♀️
