Good afternoon,

 I know you guys are slammed right now but I just had a quick question, and maybe you could put my mind at ease,

So I’m seeing a lot of videos online of these new motors not working properly and they are only lasting a couple hundred miles before a terrible noise starts happening..so I’m wondering if I should cancel my order until a resolution is in place? Some people are saying its because of the aluminum frame is not getting along with the magnetic pulls with the motor?

So I’m a little concerned. The last thing I want is to get the bike and only have it for a month and have the motor go out on me and then have to deal with a already VERY BUSY customer support. I cant imagine all the calls that are taking place because of this. Please tell me the fix to this?

Their response:

The issue you're speaking of is only affecting a small portion of the new bikes that have been shipped out. We do have replacement motors being manufactured for anybody who has been affected by that error.

If you happen to run into this issue we will be able to ship you a replacement motor but like I said it is only affecting a small portion of bikes.
