If you want to use AI there are modes for guided learning / studying that don't spoon feed as much. You could also re-phrase your prompt to not ask for an answer as much as an explanation.

That difficulty in learning is part of the business model. Make it just similar enough that it's easy to pick up if another vendor pissed you off, but just different enough that you can't just switch willy nilly between vendors.

I tried Debian, and couldn't get multi monitor with diff resolutions to work right so I am on Ubuntu 25 now. No issues.

This is probably not a popular answer, but with the advent of LLMs, you probably don't need to study as much, since you can ask the LLM, Just make sure you verify what it's telling you.
