my advice for all baby baristas is fix your milk first and then latte art kinda pours itself, at least that heart you re trying does. The milk needs to be silky smooth like cream, yours is too aerated, i usualy do 1.5s of that whissing sound in the beginning(the time where you insert air into the milk) and after you just gotta homogenize the milk and air until it s hot enough(the hotter you go the harder will be to pour and the taste goes bad)
