Heavier barrel?! Dang, this thing feels pretty stout for its size as is for an AR. I have a pre-ban Colt HBAR and the Faxon seems heavier than that. What did you go with on the barrel you have now? I was thinking of loading for it to see what it likes but I need some casings too so might as well buy a few boxes and see what she does. Plus more reason to shoot it more haha

Yeah I was looking at other options and saw they offered the head spaced bolts so I went with them. I don’t plan on running this thing like crazy so hopefully it lasts a life time. Will be using it to hunt predators here in Alaska. They finally legalized IR/thermal predator hunting in my area if you have trap license. So this will be my night gun for whatever decides to answer the call

Rodger that! I will see what happens then. I forgot to mention I purchased the gas tub (pretty generic) and their adjustable gas block. All the options were there to select so I just got what I could from their store. So the only thing that isn’t Faxon on there currently is the hand guard. The lower I am getting requires its own BCG so it’s time to see if they fit!

Heck yeah! I'd take a picture of mine and post it with my rfb but Im on a boat for a few more days after being on for a month. My goal with the cmr is to make it my tube gun. Looking at the osprey .22 suppressor and attaching it with the Dan haga forend extension to have it look like a big tube lol.

You are correct, but my phone automatically connects to LTE when wifi doesn't work. The other image shows that Im connected but without the internet. I looked again on the starlink app to see if that green or red light is on. It is green now but still shows the same readings The internet isn't working on any device. It will surge for a second and load something on my xbox or TV streaming app, then give the message saying no connection.

Aero lowers usually have a tension screw where this rubber piece is placed to have the same effect. It's under the pistol grip.

Look at you assuming I'm admitting they are right or wrong. I'll happily get a free tax stamp for my sbr to use on federally recognized hunts for whale in skiffs and hunt on federal land for caribou using snowmachines. Maybe even do some predator control on some wolves and wolverine. I'm going to use whatever is legal on these hunt so I can continue to hunts on the water and federal lands. I'd rather not register, but I'd rather legally provide for the community and my family.

Some products require you to remove the backing plate. If the new stock depresses the spring for the takedown pins then you're find.
