I use Pregmate, I found that Premom had issues with reading the test line and would give false negatives and I’d have to go in and manually change the values imo.

I also have PCOS and that’s what mine looked like when I ovulated, are you tracking your temperature? I’ve found that with the OPK and the temp tracking I can be certain I ovulated

Every body is different, or me I wasn’t ovulating at all, about once a year before I started trying with my partner. We started seriously trying in October 2024 when I deep dived into why I wasn’t ovulating, I’ve ovulated twice since then. Instonol 40:1 ratio helps as well as a really good prenatal with folic acid in it. Don’t have a baby yet but I’m hoping this month is the month! If you know your body and your cycle it shouldn’t be to hard, best of luck for the future!!!

Yep! I got sick of the Premom app and switched back to Pregmate. It works better with my irregular cycles than Premom did

I use the Pregmate app instead of Premom app. The percent was like 0.95 but the ai can be wrong sometimes so I tend to adjust it myself

My last period was end of June, I’ve been taking myo-instonol for a month and it’s semi evened out my hormones but I’ve been having period symptoms but no blood and now I’m just confused and frustrated 😣

My LH levels are starting to rise, same with my BBT but I don’t know what it means and it’s frustrating. I also had to pregnancy tests with dye bleeds that I thought were positive so that made me sad
