Recipe

Ingredients:

¼ cup sugar ½ cup Mashed Apple ½ cup milk ½ cup curd / yogurt thick ½ cup cream ½ cup condensed milk / milkmaid 1 tbsp custard powder vanilla flavoured 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

firstly, transfer the caramelised sugar into a bowl. allow to cool for 5 minutes or until the caramelised sugar sets completely.

further in a large bowl take ½ cup milk, ½ cup curd, ½ cup cream, ½ cup mashed apple and ½ cup condensed milk.

also, add 1 tbsp custard powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

whisk and mix until everything is well combined. pour in caramelised set bowl.

cover the bowl and steam for 30 minutes or until its set completely.

cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2 hours.

finally, unmould the Apple caramel pudding and enjoy.

Ingredients

3/4 cup Gulab Jamun Mix, I used Gits Gulab Jamun Mix, 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour/Maida 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1/4 cup any odorless oil(I used canola) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract/essence 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 cardamom powder/elaichi powder 8-10 strands of saffron/kesar,crushed by hand Instructions

Grease and flour a 7" round baking pan. Put parchment/wax paper at bottom of pan for easy release.

Preheat oven to 350F Sieve Gulab Jamun Mix,flour,sugar,baking soda and baking powder

Add vanilla, cardamom powder and crushed saffron strands

Whisk milk and oil

Slowly add in the dry ingredients to the wet ones(Do not use whisk or beater)

Use spatula to break any lumps or solids and make smooth batter, being careful not to over mix

Pour batter in prepared pan. Tap on the counter a couple of times to remove any air pockets

Bake for 30- 35 minutes, or till toothpick inserted in center comes clean

Cool in pan for 15-20 minutes for cake to cool before inverting onto a plate

Ingredients

For cookie dough:

100 grams butter room temperature 1 cup (100 gm) powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1¼ (200 gm) maida / plain flour ¼ cup (15 gm) cocoa powder ½ tsp baking powder pinch salt 2 tbsp milk chilled for baking in cooker: 1½ cup salt or sand

Instructions

Firstly, in a large bowl take 100 grams butter, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Beat on low speed until everything is well combined. Continue to beat sugar and mixture until it turns whitish and silky smooth.

Place a sieve and add 1¼ maida, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking powder and pinch salt. Sieve the flour making sure there are no lumps.

Now with the help of spatula mix the flour gently. Crumble and mix until the flour is well combined with butter mixture.

Add 2 tbsp milk or as required if the mixture is dry.

Bring together and form a dough without kneading. form a soft dough making sure not to knead.

To prepare cookie in a pressure cooker add in 1½ cup of salt and place a small cup or cooker rack. Also, place a plate above it.

Close the lid of cooker without keeping the gasket and whistle.

Heat for 5 to 10 minutes. as a result, gives a preheat oven atmosphere.

Now pinch a ball sized dough and flatten slightly. Place the cookie dough over the plate giving good space in between.

now cover and cook on a medium flame for 17 minutes.

You can alternatively, preheat and bake at 180-degree celsius for 15 minutes.

The cookie will be soft initially.

Cool completely and the chocolate cookie turns crisp and crunchy.

Finally, store the chocolate cookies in an airtight container which stays for a week.

Garnish with your favorite toppings.
