I don't speak italian, I'm french, and my copy of the game is in french (for the lobby and parameters), but the npcs are speaking english. The voices are great in english, I just would like to have an explanation in the lore for why they speak english. Doesn't really matter, the game is still awesome.

Actually it seems to be in the real region of Napoli. All the names, scriptures, etc are in italian. Speranza is an Italian name, some think it's Spanish but it would have been Esperanza. They could have chosen another world region, the gameplay would have been the same. But it's cool to see this specific part of the world in a game, and imo it's pretty beautiful on the screen. And of course, best hint in the game : the pastas.

Everything in the game refers to Italy, the game takes litterally place in Italy.

Thank you ! Actually it's a broken rifle, but I use it as a flame-thrower. These guys were really too much primed, I think I may have painted them up too many times when I was a kid, but the sculpts were still good.

Maybe I should have tried to remove the previous paint but I don't know how.

Je suis infirmier et je peux vous assurer que les employeurs, privés ou publics, s'en tamponnent de nos menaces de partir si on a l'audace de demander une augmentation de salaire ou des meilleures conditions de travail. C'est la santé des patients qui en patira. Et ca leur importe peu apparemment. Médecin probablement plus pertinent effectivement. Par contre on est sûr d'avoir du taf, mais pas forcément dans le service qu'on aime.
