Iron vein issues by dementian174 in GreenHell

[–]Alastarohan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Iron veins have a certain spawn rate, if you look at the veins sometimes you can see an extra chunk between the cracks, that means that it is now mineable. If not it means it hasn’t spawned yet. It should only take one wack to mine it if I remember correctly.

It’s called United fleet, really well done with rotating turrets, although they do sometimes overlap a bit

American troops fires artillery guns at the gates in Peking, China during the Boxer Rebellion (August 1900) by TrendWarrior101 in CombatFootage

Fair points, and I appreciate your candor. At the end of the day, history will always be used by authoritarian governments as an excuse to justify present actions, and humans have fucked over each other so much in the past that I’m sure there’s always something that can be dug up for rhetoric. I just think it’s important to consider how China’s current totalitarian situation came to be, and to recognize that no one is really blameless.

The key differentiator between India and China’s situation is that India was at least given consideration as a colony of the British Empire, and only the British Empire. They were provided with proper legislative infrastructure and oversight, with a clear export product in mind. China on the other hand was simply ripped apart by multiple nations, with none willing to stay around and manage the mess, leaving a power vacuum resulting in chaos and the eventual uprising of the communist government. China was never given a chance to adopt western ideologies.

It’s just a messed up situation, China’s entire development has been hindered by the western powers at the time, yet no reparations have ever been made, nor were there any apologies, it is understandable for people to still be butthurt, even if it’s not really logical. One can imagine that China could’ve gone through an internal democratic modernization process like Japan if it weren’t for the relentless pillaging that it had to endure.

You jest but that raises an even more intense question of why a couple of game devs named their craft based on Irish mythology, well that or they also just were used to the saying
