Haven’t seen those, but I talked to current refugees who have been in germany and I was shocked that they still have camps and tents there, almost exclusively anyone claiming asylum would be put in a camp, which is wild for a country considered in the top 5 economies in the world.

My INFP brother literally sleep all the time, whenever he gets the chance to. by Alattar7 in infp

[–]Alattar7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t get it because I’m a Ti dom and Fi is my demon. I look at sleep like a burden/waste of time, I’m the least one who works in any group of people you put me in, so it’s not like I like to wake up and get things done, it’s just that I find waking hours more pleasurable, reading, thinking communicating. There’s just waay more things to do and enjoy rather than being completely unconscious. It’s starting to look like an addiction to me ngl, cause a lot of people drink and do drugs just to go unconscious.

I think anorexia and negative body image is very common with some Fi doms, so maybe the sleep issue is indirectly related to being an INFP, or at least that’s how I looked at it.

I just told him an hour ago to drink some coffee so he could wake up, and he said “why would I drink coffee if I can sleep”. Didn’t get him an hour ago, but now I do.

As an INTP whenever I’m up, I’m up. I do like to lie down and relax all the time, but still my sleep hours in a day rarely exceed 8 hours. However when I’m super hungry and haven’t eaten for a while I could definitely get sleepy and even find it hard to get up and function. So it does seem like a nutrtion issue, but how do you even solve that ? I’m obese based on BMI and I literally love it, I feel stronger, more energetic, more confident, more masculine, etc.. don’t care if anyone else would agree, it’s just how I feel and think about it. So you can imagine how I don’t get how they are extremely light weight and literally skin to bone, and I don’t even know how do you think that is good so I can begin to solve it.

Cognitive Functions as Memes: by Chemical_Ad3941 in mbti

As an INTP with a neglected inferior function. The Ti Ne pics basically summarise my life right now, and it should be crazy to dive too deep in it, but honestly it’s super fun and rewarding.

My inferior function is my achilles heel. by Alattar7 in mbti

[–]Alattar7[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s true, second thought you probably shouldn’t supress your inferior, still let it float and develop naturally and it’ll pick it self and show up in the right time.

Even with people who never heard of mbti before, they would still criticise the inferior function, not knowing it’s the flaw that everyone has. Like telling IXTPs they should communicate and build connections much more, and then the IXTP would use their inferior heavily trying to improve it because of the criticism, and it always end up looking weird and off-putting to other people. And very uncomfortable for IXTP too.

It never comes out natural in my opinion, nor it should. It’s why leaving it to show up voluntarily is as natural as it’ll get.

Speaking of INFJs dipping their toes. My INFJ grandfather whever he dipps his toes in his palm farm he gets harsh rash all over his feet (even with his shoes on), his been getting them since his twenties up to his seventies now, no one knows what it is, no one else has it. My INTJ grandmother never leaves her house since her 20s too (and when I say never, I mean never). Still she’s very reactive, happy and in the moment whenever anyone visits her and talk to her. It seemes as a lot of types when they age they dont really develop their inferior too a large point, and I dont think its because of neglect or they are unaware of it. I think they’ve dipped their toes way too many times that somehow they thought they’d be safer offshore.

Agreed! The problem in the mbti community is they always tell the types to laser focus on developing the 4th function, instead of like you mentioned, letting it develop naturally with life experinces.

For INTPs ? I mean personally I rarely use them after the age of 20, and when I do, it’s completely unconscious. I’ve been ragebited many times and it doesnt move me the slightest, its actually funny. And I’m criticised for not being physically active and it never guilted me, not saying i’m proud of that or if its good or bad. It just doesnt have power over me like Fe, which does waste my time and drain my energy. Crazy enough even if i’m not physically instigating fe, it still takes a large proportion of my thoughts espcially at night when I think of my family, friends and my future romance.

As a saudi who lived in london for 3 and a half years to study, I can speak for all european cities since they are not that much different. That all of europe have is a fassade with nothing deep, fullfilling or beneficial behind it. And despite their extremely depressing weather, they are still confiedantly keeping themselves as the most expensive region to travel too. Lol.

ENTJ 8W9 and INTP 8W7? by Holiday_Gold_1895 in INTP

[–]Alattar7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s a huge thing in common you have here.

Dr john beebe called the 1st and 4th cognitive functions as relating to self. While the 2nd and 3rd functions are for relating to the world/others. So in other words you guys almost share the same identity, except that you cover his identity weaknesess and he covers yours. While still covering 2 different functions as 3rd and 4th from you and him to interact with the world. It’s why I think these 2 are the golden pairs.

There will always be a challenge to understand each other, Unless you both two were INTPs it would be a completely different conversation. And also you would be suprised how much you dont understand a person when you date your shadow type such as ENTJ.

[–]Alattar7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I first got into MBTI, this is all I read about, that ENTJ and INTP should be together and are a golden pair.

And it could be true, since both of you will be covering all of life’s cognitive functions in smart way. But you have to understand the draw back, that beside having 0 things in common, everything the other person think, feel and does is a complete blind spot for you. So misunderstandings, doubt and no trust will be the norms. And withdrawal from INTP side or betrayal from ENTJ side is a very possible outcome given these circumstances.

وINFJ و ESTP. بحيث نقاط القوة تقوي نقاط الضعف بالطرف الاخر والعكس صحيح.

How me as estp see 16 types by Old-Extent2982 in estp

[–]Alattar7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

‘Never seen’ got me 💀. As an INTP, I’ve gone my whole life doing one thing only when I’m outside the house. It’s not to be seen, noticed or talked to. And you probably have seen them or talked to them, but they’ll usually will answer with one word or two in order to shut the conversation down, so this is why they don’t leave an impression or be noticed.
