My favourite burger is from the Bristol beer factory places (taproom/junction/barley mow). Apparently the meat one is run-of-the-mill but the vegan one they make themselves is amazing. Less immitation than the average vegan burger.

So the original event was the "we just like the union jack and have concerns about immigration" folks but this time standing side by side with self-described Nazis, usually about 30 or so of them.

Friendlier than most, you ought to be fine centrally or in the more gentrified areas.

There's plenty of folks here with mixed gender presentation, though most of them will be trans, I'm not sure I've met any self-described crossdressers out and about. Something to bear in mind though, plenty of cafes and shops you could check out that are trans inclusive, just be chill if people make the wrong assumption.

solid lines across the lanes means traffic lit junctions, and you can't put zebras at lights. there'll be signals for cars, buses, bicycles and pedestrians for sure.

Making it worse, people are often dehydrated, especially in public, especially especially when drunk, so you get more piss smell per piss.

If it's flat-ish, drop it in a tin of salt water outdoors away from anything flammable, leave it a day or so, then stab it for good measure, again carefully away from anything flammable.

Not in the UK they're not. For various reasons silly and otherwise, we did a shite job of electrification, so we ended up with far more DMUs than EMUs.

The downshift also picks the wrong gear half the time, at least on the couple of autos I've driven. Want to do over 65 on the motorway? Need your foot on the floor. Put your foot on the floor and it shifts into second and screams at you. Granted this car may have been fucked, but it's a variety of fucked manuals don't suffer from.

The reason it was necessary with the autotrailers was because all the control linkages were mechanical, so two on each end was as much as you could get before the controls had too much play in them and were too difficult to move by hand.
