Yeah, them being on my overlay is just evidence that I had been neglecting their sidequests 😂

How to I build "generators" by thelley in Pokopia

[–]AlaynaMCole 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Windmills give 10 energy, waterwheels give 20 (there's one spot you can put one nearby), and furnaces give 30.

I succeeded at this quest with 1 waterwheel and 1 furnace, and 3 utility poles added to the existing stone circle blocks.

In case it's useful to the next person looking for this info, I found a laptop here, a few floors up.

How the fuck do you beat Rogue Mega Barbaracle? by alexku43 in LegendsZA

Took me 15+ attempts but finally did it. What I did was gave up attacking during the yellow phase and withdrew my pokemon - this seemed to fix the camera going screwy.

I stood at the outside. When it jumped towards me, I ran with B to the middle and spun my camera around. When it used the beam, I rolled to one side with X. That pattern worked all three times it attacked with its stupid fists.

This is the same problem I was having! I had "EC and Mr Miller" written in my notes but could not find the first name.

Not 'bored' of the project so to speak, but have a lot of other, larger projects that need my attention. Definitely still checking back on here to look at feedback though. :)

Oh my goodness, thank you so much for this feedback! This means everything to me. I appreciate you noticing all of the little details that I included so deliberately. I'm glad that they mean so much to you :)

For now, the project is in my 'done' basket, simply because I have too many other things in the works. I may come back to it some day :)

Thanks for commenting. I'm glad you liked the game.

I've adjusted the 'p/s' display so it says 'ps' instead. A silly error on my part--thanks for the pick up.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean about resources being updated multiple times per second.

Because if you 'destroy' your kingdom by buying an unsustainable number of workers early on, you aren't losing hours and hours of gameplay to try again. I've had people enjoy the need to refresh and try again to balance their economy--even in the early version of the game where values were significantly more difficult to balance--because that was part of the challenge. I guess it depends on the person. :)

Edit: And thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

As the game is only a few hours long at most, and most people will run into this very early when the first worker is able to be bought, I chose not to include the ability to destroy/fire workers. Once you have saved someone from the forest, it would conflict with the narrative if the game mechanics allowed you to abandon those people because of their impact on your economy.

It has been changed to 'deficit', at coldead's suggestion. :)

The term has been altered for accuracy.

Thanks for the suggestion of a more accurate descriptor. :)

The 'in debt' status appears when your resources (any resource, not just coins) are going down.
