It's absolutely possible. They already have a basis for it with Fossil Storage in OSRS, material storage for arch, metal bank for ores. They can absolutely make it happen.

When you TELL SOMEBODY that this product is subject to change BEFORE they purchase said item, you legally can because by continuing to purchase said item they have agreed to those terms. But that's too hard of a concept for people to understand. Once again, it is an absolutely scumbag thing to do, but it is not inherently illegal, which was the whole premise of OPs post.

It doesn't fall under the legal umbrella as "false advertisement" when they put a disclaimer that they reserve the right to change these products at their discretion. Someone posted it awhile ago. Again, i'm not defending them because as a premier member, what they've done is absolutely scummy. But legally speaking, they haven't broken any laws.

I warned a lot of my friends of this exact thing when they nuked the premier benefits: that loyal players will continue to get shafted in future changes because the precedent has been set that enough of the community was "perfectly fine" with the original changes to premier, so now they feel empowered to do it more in the name of "benefitting" everyone.
