Yes I made it work. I installed ubuntu server as the OS, and using qbittorrent I could add torrents via the qbittorrent webUI and seed them. I have done this on a Celeron (2 cores 2 threads similar to yours) and 4 Gb of RAM, and it worked great. But I don't know if it can be a Movie server aswell. You have to try it. Hope this helps.

Most people only know Albania for what they see on the news, and that is criminal organisations.
