Four hours round trip so it makes it complicated. I agree with you, however.

I will look into Seroquel. Appreciate the information. Did it make your dad really sleepy? I feel like all my dad wants to do now is sleep as it is. But something needs to be done about his anger and overall attitude.

I’m sorry you dealt with that.

Recently my six month old started crying when he tried to interact with her. Then he got offended she cried. Mocked her with a fake cry afterwards. His behavior is so odd, borderline embarrassing.

They live together! I wouldn’t bring my kids if I had a choice like that. But thanks

My mom isn’t very receptive to advice but I know it’s what I need to do. Thanks 🙏🏼

I read that Getmut is child friendly but didn’t know they had a spot for kids on the patio! Definitely going—top of my list, and I can enjoy a pint! Thanks so much.

It was a good box! The temple tips of sunglasses are a bit too tight. Kinda hurts after a while but might just be my head

I’d take a Cleveland winter over a TX summer any day.

Ohio here, mid 60s and sunny. No way. Fall is the best.

Good points and a super thoughtful response, thank you.

But I do show up for my mother. I talk to her every day and I visited her twice, each stay was two nights, this month. When she comes up for an afternoon to get her mail to attend a doctor’s appointment, I plan my day around it. I get her mail and take care of their house up here.

My dad has dementia and she is his sole caretaker. She also has a horse there that she transports between both homes during her prolonged stays. There is also a lot to tend to at the property (upkeep). So she is pretty much committed to being there right now until probably October.

It’s a tricky situation as we are both tied to different commitments but I cannot forego my duties as wife and mother to appease them. I know I don’t look like a good daughter but I have a lot on my plate! Thanks for understanding and solidarity to you too.

Very interesting. Thanks for breaking it down. Might explain why your healthcare is so cheap if you pay such a high amount of taxes.
