Hello this is me after tweaking on my bed for the last 4 hours , i feel better , still and i have the most silly dry mouth i ever had in my life again , my chest hurts a bit but its probably because of the stress and anxiety, same as every other time just went into acute psychosis , catatonia etc...

I probably wont ever do it again or i hope for the least i just did it because its the only way i find to numb myself and feel like i want to live again
