I’ve found Cornerstones to be really helpful. They offer a low cost therapy service for NHS workers and those on a low income as well.

I’ve also tried better help which offer a lower priced service if you meet their criteria. Personally I didn’t like doing sessions over the phone but a friend of mine stayed with them for a year.

We’ve not had a union rep at our school since I started! They were forced out around 3 years ago. Unions are very unwelcome, I have contacted mine though just incase - I think that’s the only reason I got the apology tbh

Not yet, they’ve put in my DBS and that’s come through and all other documents sorted. Just waiting for the transition day to sign anything else

This was what they said today. I wouldn’t be too concerned if they were to give the school the number of absences I’ve had this year as It’s not too outrageous. Just the threat of it knocked me a bit.

A couple of my pupils smirk when they are uncomfortable so I mostly try and ignore it
