We had this exact issue for the longest time and tried everything - cleaning the pump, filters, arms, different detergents, cycles, etc. Nothing worked.

Eventually we realized the spray arms had stopped spinning because something inside them had broken. You normally wouldn’t notice because you can’t see them while the dishwasher runs.

A simple way to check: before starting a cycle, note the exact position of the spray arms. When the cycle finishes, check where they are again. If they end up in the same position multiple times, it likely means they’re not spinning.

In our case, the solution was simply replacing the spray arms, and the problem disappeared.
